YCN student awards 2016 entry
The YCN Student Awards, is a programme based around a collection of live creative briefs, written each year by diverse partnering organisations, to which students across the world submit solutions and a selected number of entries are commended at the end of the competition.
I selected the Fedrigoni Papers Brief (details) that focussed on a campaign to advertise the opening of their Imaginative Papers Shop, at the London Graphic Centre in Covent Garden.
The solution that I offered was to to create paper faces that could be hung in the windows of the store, thus creating an installation that is inviting enough to convert passers-by into potential customers. The campaign was titled 'UNBELIEVABLE' to emphasise on the fact that Fedrigoni now sold single sheets of paper through this outlet, for the first time in the history of their brand-also one of the points that they wanted to advertise.
Although the entry wasn't shortlisted, it proved to be a creative exercise, that was fun to work with!
