the tooth replacers
The tooth replacers are dentists sitting on the roadside to replace broken teeth. They maintain a high level of secrecy since practicing dentistry on streets is illegal in India. The practitioners are refugees who migrated to India from Pakistan at the time of the 1947 partition between the two countries, and it has been their only means of survival from that time.
The brand name took inspiration from a famous Indian song named ‘Khoya Khoya Chand’ (or the lost moon) transforming it into 'Khoya Khoya Daant' (or the lost tooth).
